Makan kami exclude sebab kalau quote per *meal* harga dalam AUD12-15 .jadi mahal.Mostly customers akan bawa some makanan dari malaysia untuk jimat macam Brahim tu.. atau pun masa trip kita bawa stop tempat makan, then order ala carte dan bayar sana je. portion di sini besar..... kadang beli boleh take away sampai ke dinner. Cuma kalau group yang lebih dari 15 orang di Sydney, Insya Allah kita boleh adjust prepacked meal cooked by own Malaysian chef
Untuk visa ke AUS, Apply kat kak intan. Email dia email@example.com. Maklumkan kepada dia Koalabelang refer. (nama asal kami mula-mula pada 2013) . Better apply awal.Sekarang banyak kes visa dapat lambat for approval. Fees Kak Intan kalau Visa Success ialah RM20 per passport. Kalau kena refer to embassy fees dia RM10 per passport. Kalau Visa *REFER* to embassy, embassy akan guide details dan documents yang perlu, customers kena submit as requested. Kalau group ada dalam 10 orang ke atas, kami boleh send kan request untuk Kak Inta. Success fees ialah RM25 per passport. REFER RM5 per passport. Tapi untuk REFER kes, customers kena ikut procedures dari embassy sendiri.
Ticket biasanya beli sendiri je lebih mudah sebab kadang2 kalau ada nak add on luggage or makan minum or perubahan, seeloknya sendiri. Biasa kami ambil deposit 50% je dulu sebab kita akan terus booking accomodation dan kenderaan dan locked tarikh yang dipilih (arrange staff ape semua) .Balance tu anytime je dari first payment deposit until 3 weeks sebelum departure. Tapi kalau trip lebih 6 bulan daripada tarikh booking, boleh je deposit 30% dulu, then 6 weeks before trip another 30%, balance 40% lebih kurang 3 weeks sebelum departure. Flexible, tak de hal on installment.
Kami ada bank account syarikat Sdn Bhd di Malaysia. So bayaran boleh dibuat in MYR mengikut exchange rate Jabatan Akauntan Negara. Kalau nak TT duit ke Bank Australia boleh juga. Tapi banyak pula fees conversion involved. Jadi lebih praktikal transfer in MYR kemudian kan akan bulk transfer kat AUD untuk process booking

No. But we do provide ground arrangement for tours, which are transportation and accomodation (full arrangement) or transportation with self-accomodation (semi-arrangement).
We offer private arrangement only for you and your family/group (2 adults and more). We can also organise for official, non-official, and semi-official visits. As they are private arrangment, we will not combine your visit with other groups without your consent. Only if there is a request, we will ask the other party in case of similar date so that the customer can benefit from the cheaper cost.
We have to exclude meal from the packages as the price will be more expensive (AUD 12 - AUD15 per meal). Most customers prefer to bring their own food from Malaysia to cut the expenses, or buy their own meal at any restaurant (where we will drive them). Do note that the meal portion here is quite big, where you can save some for dinner. In case of large group (15 or more) in Sydney, we may provide pre-packed meals which are cooked by our our Malaysian chef
No, but we recommend Kak Intan to arrange the visa for you. She can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just mention Koala Belang to her when you apply. We advise that you aply for visa early due to the current situation (late approval for Malaysian tourist). The fees for successful Visa application is RM 20 per passport. There are cases which require that the application need to be referred to the embassy, which will cost you another Rm 10 per passport. In this case, the embassy will give the detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the additional documents which the applicant need to submit. However, for travel group of 10 and more, we will send the request to Kak Intan. The success fee is RM 25 per passport, with additional RM 5 per passport for 'REFER' case. But for 'REFER' case, the applicant need to follow the embassy's procedures.
We can only arrange domestic flight tickets for North and South Islands package. This is for the customer's benefits, as it is much cheaper if you buy yourself, where you have the liberty to choose the add-on flight packages (meal, luggage, date). We will arrange the ground trip according to your flight schedule.
Normally, we will take 50% deposit to arrange the accomodation and transport based on the chosen date (including staff). The remaining balance can be paid anytime from the first payment up to 3 weeks prior to departure. In case of trip which will occur after 6 months from the booking date, you may pay 30% deposit for the booking, another 30% during 6 weeks prior to departure, and the remaining 40% during 3 weeks prior to departure. We are flexible, and may consider request for installment.
We have official company account in Malaysia. Thus the payment can be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by referring to the exchange rate of the 'Jabatan Akauntan Negara'. You may also directly transfer the payment to our Australian account, but may involved additional fees (imposed by the bank). Thus, it is more practical to transfer in MYR and we will arrange the rest. We are also in the process of upgrading our payment system for the benefits of the customers.

Regardless, the most important thing is that you need to make sure that the insurance company have direct GL with the country that you are going to visit. For frequent traveller, Annual Plan is advised. For once off, you may opt to daily plan.
